The demand for fuel in Indonesia is currently on the rise due to population growth. Among fuels experiencing increased CNG (compressed natural gas), which derived from gas. This surge has led intense competition within market. PT Migas Hilir Jabar facing challenges competing this market, primarily higher product prices compared competitors and limitations terms of human financial resources. At present, only one customer, Grand Hotel Preanger. Consequently, it crucial company analyze reasons behind potential customers not choosing them as their supplier. research conducted employs a descriptive qualitative method involves interviews utilizing AIDA model. selection companies study aligns with target market Jabar. gathered data subjected various analytical techniques, including 4P marketing analysis, competitor consumer PESTEL SWOT TOWS analysis. findings underscore necessity enhance sales efficiency. Collaborating strategic partners who can optimize operationalization business, ensure availability supplies according customer demand, build brand awareness recognition.
